Central Closure: The Central Library is closed for building repairs due to previous storms. All Central programming is canceled until further notice. Updates on reopening will follow. Curbside pickup of requested materials is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. When picking up please arrive at the south parking lot with your photo ID or library card and call 941-748-5555.

Lakewood Ranch Library Closure: The Lakewood Ranch Library will be closed for maintenance from Monday, November 18 through Friday, November 22. The library will reopen on Saturday, November 23rd at 9 a.m. 

Holiday Closure: All branches will be closed on November 28 & 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. All branches will close early on Wednesday, November 27th at 6 p.m. All branches will reopen on Saturday, November 30 at 9 a.m.
